This package is for two hunters for five days/five nights of wing shooting in the best duck and dove hunting region in the world. The hunt must be taken during the 2025 duck season (May 1 - July 31, 2025). There is no limit on doves, and you can take 25 ducks per day or use three boxes of shells per hunter, whichever comes first. Also included in this amazing hunt package is: two Retay Masai Mara 20-gauge III shotguns in Realtree Max-7 Camo, two pairs of Banded Elite Black Label Waders with the new zip front in Realtree Camo and $1,500 in Banded Realtree gear purchased from Simmons Sporting Goods in Bastrop, Louisiana. The ideal schedule is arriving on a Monday, hunt doves that afternoon, Tuesday-Friday hunt ducks in the morning and doves in the afternoon, depart from the Santa Fe airport on Saturday. MGW representatives will meet your party at the airport and in only 45 minutes you will be relaxing and enjoying lunch at the new Netta Duck Camp Estancia. The lodge routinely shares two beds per room with air conditioning, heat, and large bathrooms and showers. On your first night you will enjoy a welcome dinner to remember. Dove hunting will consist of a high-volume dove hunt where a harvest of over 1,000 doves in a half day is not unusual. Afterward, enjoy traditional dining with beef selections, typical native cuisine, and fine Malbec wines (many hunters come as much for the desserts as they do the birds). After a farewell lunch, MGW Outfitter representatives will whisk your party away to the airport and you will be yearning for another trip away from the office. Please note unexpected weather conditions or scouting reports may cause MGW Outfitters to alter the above schedule. Included in this package: all ground transportation, lodging, food and beverages (fine Malbec wines, beer and nonalcoholic soft drinks). Not included in this package: gun rental (20 - ga. Benelli Montefeltro’s are available for rent) ($85/day), ground transportation to and from the airport ($200/hunter), and shotgun shells (Mkt price), gun permits if you are bringing a firearm into the country, license ($400/hunter - 5-day license required), and discretionary staff gratuities. Note: There is an opportunity for the winner of this package to add two more to their party for an additional modest, discounted fee of $4,300/hunter or $1,450 for a non-hunter. Any bid made at a NWTF auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, or online, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the sixth business day after the close of the auction. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the NWTF shall dispose of the item at our discretion.
ONLINE BIDDING/PERMIT BUYERS: A 5% buyer’s premium with a $250 cap will be added to the final bid price of all lots (unless prohibited by statute). Proceeds will be dedicated to NWTF Conservation initiatives. If the winner of this item refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Credit card number, on which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System) All purchases over the amount of $50,000 will require a call back from NWTF Auction Team for verification.
PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS: PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 3% ADMINISTRATION FEE If item does not get to reserve then the highest bidder will be offered the option to buy it at reserve price.
FIREARMS: Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, NWTF will ship the firearm, at the expense of the purchaser, from our FFL, Edgefield, SC 29824 to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention if the buyer is not present at the convention.
NWTF AUCTION ITEM POLICY:
All goods in the live auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by NWTF, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in the live auctions are sold ‘’AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NWTF. NWTF provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. NWTF does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by NWTF. NWTF shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, NWTF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. NWTF cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. NWTF reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available. Only NWTF exhibitors may solicit and/ or market to permit buyers.
AUCTION ITEM SCHEDULE/ The online auction will end at approximately 2030 hours central time on Friday, Feb 16, 2024. The online auction will be posted approximately two weeks prior to that ending date.
PAYMENT/PICK-UP
Buyers who purchase items through the Online Hunting Auctions website will immediately be charged for their items on their registered credit cards. Buyers may contact Jason Tarwater at (785) 221-6515 and make alternate arrangements for payment within 10 days prior to the online auction and within 6 days after the online auction concludes. Once this payment is received, the original credit card payment will be voided.
